International architects and engineers, Atkins, have unveiled a design for a super slim tower at Cityscape Abu Dhabi. The 379m high P-17 tower will feature a reflective façade. The tower’s darker front elevation will twist as it rises, while increasingly taller blades splay outwards. The 77-storey structure will feature an angled multi-storey atrium serving the five-star hotel above, and provide supporting amenities for the 18 floors of offices beneath. 75 serviced apartments will be created, operated by the hotel, while the top 19 floors will comprise residential apartments.
